Meta ad creative

Meta ads creative service

We turn 8-10 concepts into 30-40 hook-led Meta ad exports every sprint, built to test fast and scale what wins.

15 minutes. No pitch. We'll tell you straight if we can help.

Meta rewards accounts that keep feeding it new creative to test. Most brands can't produce enough of it fast enough, so the same three or four ads end up carrying the whole account for months while frequency climbs and cost per result creeps up. A steady stream of hook-led ad creative, tested in batches instead of released one polished ad at a time, is what actually fixes that math.

Where Meta ad creative production has worked

A B2B SaaS in a competitive vertical had Meta spend committed but a creative pipeline that couldn't keep pace. We ran a 4-week Ad System Sprint, turning 8-10 concepts into 30-40 finished exports, each mapped to a different hook and angle. The best hook hit £3 cost per result, Meta leads rose 72% week over week, and a $2k customer-linked guarantee attached to the sprint never had to trigger.

Siluet, a Pilates and wellness brand, needed enough fresh ad creative every week to keep several Meta campaigns testing at once. We built a pipeline that turned out 40+ ads a week at peak, shot on real footage instead of stock, so the account never ran dry on new angles. The return settled at 7 to 1 on ad spend.

What we actually do

Meta ad creative production is more than editing. We write the hook, script the ad around a specific angle, shoot or source the footage, and cut it into a file ready for Meta Ads Manager. Nothing gets handed to you as a raw clip you still have to finish. Every export ships hook-led, meaning the first two seconds are built to stop a thumb before the algorithm decides whether to keep showing it.

Concepting comes first. We map out 8-10 distinct angles before anyone shoots anything, pulling from what's already converting in your account, what competitors are running, and objections your sales team hears on calls. Each concept becomes multiple hook variations, because the opening line usually decides whether an ad gets seen at all.

  • Concept and hook development pulled from what's already converting, not guesswork
  • Scripting for every angle, whether it's UGC-style, founder-led, or shot on real product footage
  • Filming or sourcing the footage, direction included
  • Editing, captioning, and exporting each ad ready to upload to Meta Ads Manager

What a month of ad creative looks like

The first engagement runs as a 4-week Ad System Sprint: 8-10 concepts become 30-40 finished exports, each one a different hook or angle so the account has real variety to test against itself instead of one ad running alone for weeks. After that first sprint, ongoing accounts move onto a weekly or biweekly batch cadence, so fresh creative is queued before the current ads fatigue and frequency climbs.

Who this fits

This is built for brands that already have Meta spend committed and campaigns running, where creative has become the bottleneck instead of budget. If frequency is climbing, cost per result is drifting up, and the same handful of ads has carried the account for months, a steady batch cadence solves that directly. That's true whether you're a B2B SaaS selling into a skeptical, competitive niche where generic ads get ignored, or a consumer brand running paid social across multiple campaigns that all need fresh testing material at once. If you're still deciding whether to put budget on Meta at all, this isn't the starting point.

A pipeline that never runs dry beats one perfect ad. That's the model behind the sprint.

Meta accounts stall when the creative pipeline runs dry

The algorithm rewards fresh angles it can test against each other. Most accounts can't produce enough of them fast enough.

The same handful of ads carries the whole account

Three or four creatives run for months while frequency climbs and cost per result creeps up. By the time they're finally pulled, nothing fresh is ready to take their place.

One new ad a month can't keep up with ad fatigue

Frequency climbs fast on Meta, and a single polished ad every few weeks gets tired long before the next one is ready. The algorithm wants new angles to test constantly, and most creative pipelines move too slowly to feed it.

Generic UGC gets scrolled past

A talking head reciting a script isn't a hook. Most ad creative loses in the first two seconds because nobody built the opening frame to stop a thumb mid-scroll.

Nobody can prove which ad actually earned the result

Spend moves and a return-on-ad-spend number shows up on the dashboard, but no one can trace it back to the concept, hook, or angle that earned it. Testing without that kind of structure is just guessing with a bigger budget.

Perfect 5.0 rating across the board

Before working with Ben and True Frame, I was spinning my wheels. I was creating content without strategy. Ben and his team built me a system requiring minimal time from me while generating serious results. I've tracked over six figures in converted pipeline revenue from qualified leads who referenced my specific content as trust building and helpful.

We used Trueframe to create our first VSL and some shorter form video content. Before working with them, we didn't know how to script, how to shoot, or how to link video content to our CTAs. After working with them, we had figured all of that out. They're efficient, reasonably priced, and a hard working team.

What sets Ben apart is he actually tracks what matters. Not vanity metrics. We went through my entire content funnel together and he pinpointed exactly where leads were dropping off. Implemented his suggestions and saw a measurable lift in qualified inbound within weeks. Rare to find someone who thinks this systematically.

Common questions

What is the Ad System Sprint?
It's a 4-week engagement where we turn 8-10 ad concepts into 30-40 finished Meta exports, each one hook-led and built to be tested against the others. One recent sprint for a B2B SaaS brand produced that exact range of exports and hit the account's best-ever cost per result.
How many ads do I actually get?
Most sprints deliver 30-40 finished ad exports from 8-10 concepts, each cut into a few variations so you have enough range to test properly. Ongoing accounts scale from there. Siluet ran more than 40 ads a week at peak once the pipeline was up and running.
Do you handle scripting and hooks, or just editing?
Both. We write the hook, script the ad, shoot or source the footage, and edit it into a file ready to upload to Meta Ads Manager. You're not handed a raw cut and left to figure out the rest.
Is this a fit if my Meta spend is small?
This is built for brands that already have spend committed and campaigns running, where creative is what's holding the account back. If you're still deciding whether to put budget on Meta at all, a smaller service is a better place to start.
Is there a performance guarantee?
A prior Spruce engagement included a US$2,000 guarantee tied to acquiring a new paying customer with a tracked Trueframe-ad touchpoint within 21 days after the sprint. It required at least £6,000 in paid media, timely cooperation and working attribution. It was not tied to cost per result and is not a standing offer.
Do you use stock footage or UGC-style actors?
It depends on the brand. Siluet's ads ran on real, owned footage with no stock, which kept them from looking like every other ad in their category. For brands that need faster turnaround or don't have footage on hand, we build UGC-style ads instead. We match the format to what actually converts for your audience.
How fast can a new batch of ads go live?
The first Ad System Sprint runs four weeks, concept to finished export. After that, ongoing accounts move on a weekly or biweekly batch cadence so there's always fresh creative queued before the current ads fatigue.
